Mary’s Meals is a global movement supported by people from all walks of life and we are focused on one goal – that every child receives a nutritious daily meal in a place of education. We continue to change the lives of over 2 million children who today will receive a Mary’s Meals. Mary’s Meals Malawi is our largest school feeding programme and reaches over 22% of the primary school aged children, in Malawi, and we work closely with schools and community volunteers who help prepare and serve the nutritious meals every school day.
Mary’s Meals is looking to place 2 interns in 2 of its departments: Programmes – Delivery and Human Resources. For 4 months, the interns will work on impactful tasks and projects and provide support to Mary’s Meals’ operations and deliver high quality deliverables. The opportunities are available as follows.

Location: Blantyre
Duties
Support various tasks and projects in the implementation of Mary’s Meals’ School Feeding Programme.
Support logistical and administrative requirements in the School Feeding Programme.
Produce progress reports on internship tasks and duties.
Any other programmes duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
A fresh Graduate with a Degree in Development Studies, Public Health, Nutrition, Community Development, or any of the social sciences or its equivalent obtained from an accredited university.
Good Interpersonal Communication Skills.
Computer literate in Microsoft packages especially Excel and Word.
An energetic and self-motivated individual.
Flexibility in extensive travelling.
