INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICE
Protea Hotel by Marriot, Blantyre Ryalls, invites tenders from experienced and qualified security service providers for the provision of Security services at its Hotel in Blantyre.
• Interested qualified bidders can buy the Bidding Document which is written in English at a non –refundable fee of K10,000.00 only.
• The Bidding Document can be purchased from 8:30 AM to 3:30PM from 21st October, 2021 to 29th October, 2021, on working days.
• It shall be the responsibility of the interested bidder to bid as per the instructions contained in the Bidding Document.
• The deadline for submission of the bids in Sealed Envelope is 8th November, 2021 no later than 16:00 hours and dropped in Tender Box at the Hotel’s Administration reception.
• Bids should be Marked TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF SECURITY
