Grace Community Health Centre is a rural CHAM health centre located between Mvera and Salima that provides OPD and maternal services.
Salary: Within salary scale of Grade K
Accommodation: Not provided. Employee is responsible for finding accommodation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducting health talks
Assisting patients at antenatal, postnatal, family planning, and ART clinics
Attending to mothers at the labour, delivery, and postnatal wards.
Giving treatment and medication under clinician orders
Performing simple procedures
Supervising recording of data in registers and report forms
Supervising and mentoring junior staff and assessing nursing activities
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by management
Nights, weekends, and holidays required
Qualifications
Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery
Registration and renewal with the Nurses and Midwifery Council of Malawi
MSCE
Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of experience
