Illovo Sugar (Malawi) plc – Dwangwa Estate, situated 60 Kilometres north of Nkhotakota District invites applications from suitably qualified applicants to fill the above position in the Human Resources Division.
Position: LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Degree in Business/HR/Organizational Psychology or equivalent
3-5 years’ experience at a similar level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Developing learning needs analysis by gathering, documenting and collating information.
Developing training plan and provides monthly updates against the plan and budget.
Facilitating meaningful analysis of learning investment by analysing training data, identifying trends and making recommendations on actions required.
Designing and conducting competence assessments to determine achievement of required competence.
Preparing and updating of training materials and with the design and delivery of learning solutions
