Action medeor Malawi requires services of an Intern Pharmacist.
INTERN PHARMACIST (1) LILONGWE
DURATION: 6 month contract with the posibility of full employment based on perfomance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support The Responsible Pharmacist (RP) to Ensure the development, implementation and revision of policies, operational manuals and procedures regarding the operations of the Pharmacy and Warehouse departments at AMM in Quality Assurance, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Regulatory Compliance, Distribution, Pharmacovigillance, Sales and Marketing.
Support the RP to Ensure all operational and managerial functions of the department , receiving,
release of stock, stock management, internal logistics, picking and Dispatch, sales are performed
efficiently and effectively and ensure accountability for separated functions.
Ensure optimal stock levels are permanently maintained.
Supervise and motivate subordinate staff, perform trainings and ensure their efficient and effective performance.
Support Implementation of the quality assurance system for AMM Headoffice under supervision
by RP.
SKILLS
Good knowledge of medicines and medical products
Proven skills in Pharmaceutical warehouse management, Inventory management, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, Sales & Marketing
Well Organized, proactive, Self-motivated, committed, mature and creative
Ability to supervise subordinate staff, perform trainings and work in a team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy and should be registered with PMRA.
