ICT Technician
MCSL is looking for a dynamic and independent professional with solid ICT experience and a flexible, enthusiastic and can-do attitude to join our team.
DUTIES
Install, configure and administer company’s ICT infrastructure
Maintain and troubleshoot ICT equipment
Perform server backups and emergency recovery of data files
Set up and maintain security of ICT infrastructure (hackers and virus protection, fire protection, power failure protection etc.)
Perform inventory of ICT equipment and software
Administer software and other ICT related licenses
Provide front line support of Systems and Applications
Monitor and supervise the ICT service providers
Provide advice on matters relating to ICT
Provide user support and training to staff to ensure proper and effective utilization of ICT equipment
Compile periodic reports.
Qualification and Experience
Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent qualification
At least three (3) years’ experience in relevant ICT field
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Good communication skills
Ability to act promptly on ICT issues
Ability to pay attention to detail.
Excellent analytical skills.
Interpersonal skills.
