Malawi Catering Services Limited wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified individuals of Malawian origin to fill the following vacant position tenable at its Head Offices at Kamuzu International Airport (KIA) in Lilongwe.
DRIVER
The driver will primarily be responsible for driving and making company’s errands in line with transport and other policies. The position will be under the supervision of the Human Resources Officer.
DUTIES
Ensuring that all Company vehicles are road worthy i.e. checking insurance and COF
Arranging timely preventive maintenance and repairs of all vehicles
Maintaining vehicle log books and issuing monthly reports
Ensuring that vehicles are clean and tidy
Driving members of staff on official business
Delivering mail as assigned from time to time
Any other duties assigned from time to time by Management.
Qualification/Experience/Attributes
Must be between 30 and 45 years of age.
Must have an MSCE
Three to five years relevant continuous professional driving experience in a busy environment
Must have a driving license of EC with categories of passengers and good
Good knowledge of defensive driving
Able to read, write and speak English
Should be of sober habits and clean police record.
