Partners in Hope (PIH) is seeking to recruit highly motivated individuals for the positions position:
CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER
The Customer Relations Officer will focus on activities and strategies that will strengthen and build good relations
with existing and new clients and partners to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
The officer will closely work and coordinate with the Medical Director, Human Resource, Finance, IT, Reception, and
Admin departments to maintain a customer focused service delivery and management of client and partners relations
to ensure value for money services offered by Partners in Hope Medical Center to its clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
1)Linking with PIH Service Customers
•Acting as a link person between Partners In Hope and its clientele including all medical insurances/
schemes.
•Assessing and facilitating in signing of Medical Service Level Agreements between Partners In Hope and
Medical clients/Medical insurances.
•Receiving queries from all medical insurances/schemes and handling them accordingly.
•Communicating to all insurances/schemes about changes in services delivery made at Partners In Hope
through meetings
2) Clients/Patients accounts Management:
•Receive customer accounts status report from Receivable Account.
•Use the Customer accounts report to manage accounts status.
•Advising Physicians on clients account status in accordance to service level agreement before rendering
some services.
•Advising management on clients account status.
•Authorizing patients’ balances and making sure they are settled in good time.
•Proposing to executive leadership team clients account suspension in collaboration with receivable
account.
2)Client Engagement and Supervision of Front Office Staff
•Supervising Reception team.
•Collaborate with Reception Lead in developing work schedule for the reception team.
•Orienting clients on services offered at Partners In Hope.
•Attending to queries and coordinating with medical insurances/ schemes on queries regarding patients.
•Attending to all relevant meetings.
•Filling of Minutes and other related documents.
•Coordinating with IT and Dalitso lead doctors to ensure timely update of services.
4)Reporting
•Produce customer relations management report on quarterly basis.
•Maintain customer and clients data base in liaison with the reception lead.
Qualification and General Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in either Business Administration, Communications, or closely related field.
•Minimum of 2-5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
•Excellent verbal, written, and communication interpersonal skills.
•Good time management and organizational skills.
•Those with knowledge of desktop publishing software will have an added advantage.
