A career opportunity has arisen in our organisation for the position of Customer Projects Coordinator. The successful candidate will report directly to the Customer Programmes Manager.
Customer Projects Coordinator
Job Purpose:
The Customer Projects Coordinator will coordinate and manage the development of various customer projects including sustainability initiatives, WASH, farmer Mechanization hubs and all transformation Initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Projects Management including managing project milestones, timelines and budgets while ensuring projects are Udine with all customer sustainability objectives.
Stakeholder management and coordination in line with project objectives, business case and budgets.
Ensures Monitoring and Evaluation is done inline with customer requirements.
Ensures all project reporting requirements are done timely and in line with Customer reporting standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Project Management, Agriculture or Business Studies.
5 years proven work experience in Project Management, extension and community mobilization, crop production and farm management and financial planning and reporting.
Person Specification:
Must possess good computer skills, have knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, and be comfortable with information systems.
Must have good communication and presentation skills.
Must have community mobilization skills.
Must possess negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
