Position: Construction Supervisor
Location: Lilongwe

Job description
✓ Supervising construction projects
✓ Preparing requisitions for construction materials
✓ Pricing bills of quantities for tendering
✓ Taking of measurements
✓ Preparing tender documents
✓ Preparing payment certificates
✓ Project monitoring
✓ Preparing budgets for projects
✓ Project planning
✓ Facilitating conducting of materials tests
✓ Allocating work to subordinates
✓ Providing guidance during purchase of materials
✓ Any other construction related duties as may be assigned by Management
Qualifications and competencies required
✓ Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
✓ Proven knowledge in use of computer packages such as Microsoft excel, MS word, AutoCAD and MS project
✓ 1 Year minimum experience
✓ must be willing to travel frequently
✓ must be able to work under pressure and willing to work during odd hours.
