The Wealthnet Finance Plc is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates, from across the Country to fill the position of Sales Representative for its Kakupay Smart Money Division. The successful candidates will be based in all the major Trading Centres across the Country.
This is a Commission Based position.
The Sales Representatives will be reporting to the Sales Supervisors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Register and do KYC for users on KakuPay Smart Money.
Ensure that all local businesses located within a specified geographical area have Wealthnet-KakuPay small business account.
Open KakuPay Merchant account for medium to large businesses.
Recruitment of KakuPay Agents.
Assist in cashing in and out of e-value.
Ensure Wealthnet-KakuPay Agents have enough liquidity in the territory at all times.
Managing and reconciling the cash float to ensure zero shortages
Register new Super dealers, merchants, small business accounts and KakuPay users.
Make recommendations for businesses that can access loans from Wealthnet Finance based on the volumes and value of transactions.
Ensure that customers and business partners have signed the terms of use of KakuPay Smart Money (Agent forms, merchants forms and KakuPay users KYC forms).
Handling and reporting customer complaints.
Distributing and ensuring that the territory is well branded and that the businesses are displaying KakuPay branding materials at all times.
Preparing and submitting daily new user creation reports to the Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of diploma in a business-related discipline
