Cold Chain Malawi is looking for Route Sales Representatives to work in Blantyre and the Southern region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Reporting directly to the Route Sales Manager with clear lines to the National Sales Manager.
2. Adherence to Route sales plan and responsible for cash sales. Building a good rapport with customers to ensure constant growth of sales through increased business and acquisition of new clients.
3. Building brands represented by Cold Chain through sales, merchandising and distribution.
4. Ensuring all customers on route have suitable quantities of stock, but are not overstocked.
5. Management of inventory including requisition, and reconciliation at the end of the day.
6. Monitoring of stock put in stores and alerting the supervisor about any slow moving lines to prevent goods expiring.
7. Merchandising of stock instore according to Principles plan-o-grams.
Experience:
Notable sales experience with FMCG products. Those with a valid Drivers license and category to drive heavy goods trucks have an added advantage.
