SELECTION PROCESS
Interested vendors for Category 1 to 18 must obtain full prequalification documents from LMH Malawi by sending a request to email: [email protected]
Vendors are allowed to submit documentation for one category or many categories provided they can fulfill the criteria for each category relating to specifications and the required numbers
All submissions will be reviewed by LMH to confirm whether they meet the required criteria. LMH will select one or many prequalified vendors for each category, and only prequalified vendors will be notified in writing.
SUBMISSION METHOD
Prequalification submissions must be clearly marked with LMH-MLW-21-PREQ, and the relevant Category number and vendor name. For example submission of documents for prequalification for the ‘Supply of general office sundries’ should be labeled LMH-MLW-21-PREQ: CAT #5.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE : 4th October, 2021
TIME : 2:00pm
Late submissions received after 2:00pm shall be rejected. We therefore encourage all the prospective vendors to submit the documents before the closing date
